What a great (and creative) husband I have. Tomorrow is Lydia's birthday and I was really hoping to be a great mom and bake my daughter something special to take to Nita's tomorrow. Since that's out of the question Shawn totally stepped up. Check out this cake! It's an Orange/Lime Jello poke cake with whipped cream icing. I wish I could be there for snack time tomorrow!
